To login to client area you will need a separate account from other services like Nextcloud, Hosting Panel, Website builder etc... This is for security reasons. In Webo.hosting client area you can manage your services like Billing, Domains and order/cancel service. For that reason, it is paramount for security that accounts are separated.
If you wish to obtain a client area username, then you would need to place an order with us.
If you are a client with Nextcloud Free account and register via. Simple Signup, you do not have a user account on Clients Webo. Don't worry you, can still access support area, open a ticket and search in knowledgebase.
