Login to your Nextcloud account via a web interface, navigate to Contacts App. In the bottom left corner click on the "Settings", this will open a new menu, select "three dots" at desired contact book and the option "download" as shown below.
Open Contact app and select Settings
Choose Adress book and click on Download:
