When you order a managed offer for your Nextcloud, that means that we will perform updates and upgrades of your Nextcloud and to your server on your request. Updates include small update (eg. 16.0.1. to 16.0.2.) and security patches.
When the new major version of Nextcloud is available to upgrade (eg. 16.0.0 to 17.0.0.) we will first inform you and then we will schedule an Upgrade at the time when it best suits you. This is to avoid any problems that might be caused by a major upgrade.
Additionally, we monitor your service and in case it stops for whatever reason, someone will immediately check and fix potential issues.
