Services may be prolonged with the payment of the invoice that you receive approximately 14 days prior to the expiration of the service.
Services can be cancel at any time in several ways. The easiest way is not to pay the last invoice and after the expiry of the payment term service will be suspended in accordance with the terms and conditions (however, you will receive few system warnings). You can also request a cancellation through our support or select cancellation in the portal.
